We don’t mass produce. We don’t hold stock.

Each piece is made to order. printed and produced specifically for you once your order is placed. It’s a slower, more considered process that values quality over excess.

Production & Shipping

Because each item is made to order, please allow:

• 2–5 business days for production

• Shipping time on top (depending on your location)

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Personal preference

We encourage you to take a moment before purchasing, review sizing, details, and imagery, to ensure it’s right for you.

If Something Isn’t Right:

We stand behind what we create. Unfortunately it is not refundable.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Misprinted

• Or incorrect

Please reach out within 10 days of receiving your order at hello@tommycreative.com.au including:

• Your order number

• A short description

• Photos of the issue (as many as possible)

If something’s genuinely off, we’ll make it right. Whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can organise reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

We partner with a global print-on-demand fulfilment provider to produce each item only when it’s ordered. This model is designed to reduce overproduction and minimise unnecessary waste.

Made-to-Order Production

Every Tommy Lavish piece is created on demand. This means:

• No excess inventory

• No large-scale overproduction

• Reduced likelihood of unsold goods ending up in landfill

By producing only what is needed, we support a more intentional and responsible way of making.

Materials & Product Options

We continue to explore and prioritise more responsible material options where possible.

Packaging

Our fulfilment partner uses packaging that incorporates recycled materials where available. Packaging formats and materials may vary depending on the product and shipping location.

Global Fulfilment

Orders are produced and shipped from facilities located as close as possible to the delivery destination. This helps reduce shipping distances and associated emissions.

Carbon Offsetting

In some cases, carbon offsetting initiatives may be applied within the fulfilment and logistics process to help reduce environmental impact.
